And the latest satisfaction survey conducted among 164 customers of the wholesaler’s international division shows that the NPS (Net Promoter Score) has reached a new milestone, standing at 36 after a 4-point increase. In concrete terms, the increase in satisfaction is shared by all geographies across five continents, with the proportion of detractors remaining unchanged. For 9 out of 10 customers, expectations are met or exceeded. Among the criteria for choosing to work with Orange Wholesale, customer relations have risen from 36% to 46%, taking third place ahead of pricing.
